We ordered to go and picked it up right on the Esplanade—delivery right to the beach! Enjoying piping hot, amazing pizza while sitting by the ocean is unbeatable. Highly recommend!

This is an awesome pizza place that I'm so happy to have in the area. The pizza always tastes fresh and they use quality toppings. My favorites are the spicy pepperoni and the great white. We also love the garlic knots and the cookie with ice cream on top. The service is great-- special shoutout to Luis, who always helps with my order and hooks it up for us. Also, love the outdoor seating because the weather is nice and perfect for a lunch. Definitely will be coming back.

South Bay Pizza is easily one of my favorite pizza spots around. The pizza is always fresh, hot, and loaded with flavor. The crust has the perfect balance of crispy and soft, and the toppings taste high quality every time. The staff is friendly, service is quick, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Special shoutout to Luis for being helpful with my order and hooking it up with the soda and ice cream! Whether you’re grabbing a quick slice or ordering for the whole family, they never disappoint. Definitely recommend checking them out if you want great pizza and great service!

We love the pizza and pasta at South Bay Pizza. Our favorite is any of their pastas. Their chicken alfredo is our favorite, but we also love their chicken carbonara and their Italian sausage pasta. It is all really good. We picked up our order this time and it was perfect. It took minutes to heat up. We would have loved to dine there, it is so cute and clean, but we just did not have time. We also think their service is excellent. I love it when a to go order is exactly as ordered and I don't have to open everything first to check it. The staff is very nice. The prices are fair. Their pizzas are also great. We love their BBQ chicken pizza and their Buffalo pizza. It is just the best. You will love this place. Have fun. They sometimes have specials so check.

I honestly wanted to love this place given all the positive hype, but it failed to deliver in a huge way. We ordered two large pizzas (they are New York-style thin crust style), and while the pickup process was smooth and the food was ready on time (15 min since the call), the quality was a massive letdown. When we opened the boxes, we noticed the pizzas were cut extremely unevenly. Even worse, despite living only five minutes away, the pizza was not warm at all; the dough had absolutely no flavor. To make it edible, we had to reheat every single slice in our toaster oven or on a pan. For a total of around $60 without tip, paying nearly $3 per slice for food we had to cook ourselves is hard to justify. I really can’t recommend this spot.
